Chris is co-founder and CEO of CLIMB Real Estate. Chris began his real estate career in 2002 and quickly became recognized as one of San Francisco’s top-producing agents, having sold more than 1,800 properties, a distinction he maintained until stepping back from full-time sales in 2010 to start Climb Real Estate. Recognized by the Asian Real Estate Association, the Chinese Real Estate Association, Inman News, and the San Francisco Chronicle, Chris’s combination of marketing, negotiation skills, and design aesthetic brings a fresh point of view to the industry. Chris has established himself as a singularly original voice in the world of residential real estate.

Prior to his real estate career, Chris worked in finance at both Merrill Lynch and Fuji Securities as well as in advertising for Grey Worldwide where he built brand and digital marketing programs for Fortune 500 companies. Chris is a native of northern New Jersey and graduated with honors from the University of Richmond.



Mark is head of CLIMB | LABS, Climb Real Estate’s “innovation” arm where he is co-founder, partner and CTO. With a background in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Artificial Intelligence and Wireless Technology, Mark brings a unique perspective to real estate.

Since 2008, Mark has ranked in the Top 5 selling agents for condo and loft sales in San Francisco. Mark also served as co-chair of the SF Association of Realtor’s MLS and Technology committee for two years and is an active member today.

Prior to starting Climb, Mark was principal of Rincon Investment Group and Topaz Investments, real estate management companies with holdings throughout the United States. Prior to that, he was a vice president in Citigroup’s CTO office where he actively evaluated and invested in technology start-up companies. Fluent in Mandarin, Mark also founded a dot-com startup (Gecko Travel) in Greater China focused on online travel.

While earning his Masters Degree, Mark worked in the fields of Neural Networks, Artificial Intelligence, pattern recognition and computational finance which is the statistical modeling of financial data, as well as wireless network engineering. Mark was awarded two patents: one in the field of telecommunication and wireless network traffic modeling and another in the field of wireless location based services and fraud detection.



With nearly 15 years of experience in residential real estate, Tiffany Combs is Co-founder, Partner and Managing Broker of Climb Real Estate. She is considered an authority on real estate and is regularly interviewed and speaks on real estate panels.

Prior to Climb, Tiffany was a Principal at Solstice Partners a real estate management company. Additionally, Tiffany has served on the Board of Directors for various organizations including the California Association of Realtors as well as the San Francisco Association of Realtors. As the Managing Broker and Broker of Record, she has vast broker experience to help sellers and buyers and multitudes of agents navigate all transactions.

Tiffany has been a Top Producer annually since she entered sales and personally closed hundreds of transactions and as well as successfully managed sales managers and hundreds of agents closing in excess of $600MM annually. She has spent years around construction and worked for some of San Francisco’s largest developers.

Tiffany is committed to the community. Prior to Real Estate, Tiffany spent years working with Americorps, Alaska Center for the Environment, Habitat for Humanity and doing eco-tourism in Brazil. Tiffany co-chairs Climb’s volunteer committee and organizes Climb volunteer days with the San Francisco Food Bank and Glide. Tiffany earned a degree from Purdue University where she graduated in Singapore after finishing the degree at Nanyang Technological University. She has previously studied design and interior architecture at Rhode Island School of Design and UC Berkeley.
